Since its establishment in 2007, Gyan Fresh has expanded its portfolio to include a variety of dairy and grocery products, catering to households seeking reliable and convenient daily essentials.
The Challenge
Gyan Fresh aimed to launch a subscription-based milk and grocery delivery platform, ensuring seamless daily ordering and reliable deliveries. However, the challenge was to design an intuitive and efficient digital experience that simplified subscription management, optimized product discovery, and streamlined the checkout process. The platform also needed to cater to users with varying levels of digital literacy, ensuring accessibility for a diverse customer base.
The Approach
As the UX strategist, I led the design and research efforts to create a seamless web and mobile experience. My key contributions included:
