Zigly is India’s leading pet care platform, providing pet owners with easy access to trusted products and services. It also supports independent pet caregivers by offering earning opportunities through its ecosystem. The platform aims to create a seamless experience for pet families, from product purchases to service bookings.
The Challenge
Zigly needed a user-friendly and intuitive digital platform that enabled pet owners to browse, purchase, and book services effortlessly. However, the existing experience lacked clear navigation, structured user journeys, and personalization, leading to drop-offs and reduced engagement. The challenge was to design a seamless, scalable platform that catered to both pet owners and caregivers.
The Approach
To address these challenges, we adopted a learner-centric strategy that streamlined navigation and improved website architecture. Key initiatives included:
User-Centric Journeys: We redesigned the course discovery experience to make it easier for users to find relevant learning paths, reducing friction and enhancing engagement.
Simplified Navigation: The website’s structure was revamped to provide a seamless browsing experience, ensuring that users could intuitively navigate between different sections and offerings.
Consistent Design System: We developed a cohesive design language that was implemented across Harappa’s consumer and business-facing platforms. This not only enhanced brand consistency but also improved usability and accessibility.
